I created 20 note cards with my pink flower photos.  The background matting is custom made with some of my mono printed papers.  Each card is a one-of-a-kind unique creation.   Saturday, March 24 is "Pink Vail" the largest ski day to conquer cancer.  The proceeds from Pink Vail benefit our local Shaw Cancer Center.  I plan to donate these cards to "Jack's Place" which offers housing to patients and their families during cancer treatments in our valley.  Perhaps these cards will brighten someone's day or help spread the message of hope for a cure. Here are just a few... The note cards are 4.25 x 5.5in, blank on the inside and made with heavyweight white card stock.

At the end of the day, all you need is hope and strength ... Hope that it will get better and Strength to hold on until it does.

My Pink Project book is an art journal to showcase some of my pink photos.  It is an ongoing journal exploring ways to make art and turn these photos into more than just a picture of a flower.  The collection as a whole has meaning, and I am searching for ways to let the pictures speak. Have Hope, Find Courage, and Be Strong!
